Hi, I’m Dale Jeanes, and I’ve spent my career focused on supporting others in their growth and development. With 33 years of experience in financial services and internal audit—including 20 years as Chief Auditor for a large financial institution—I bring executive insights and real-world leadership experience to my professional coaching, training, and speaking.
Since retiring from my internal audit career in 2022, I’ve focused on my passion: helping leaders at all levels grow and develop.
